at the circuit assembly this weekend i noticed two guys reinstated within the last year were both serving as attendants.
i thought brothers had to be "exemplary" to do that kind of work.
have the requirements changed?

I think the rule is that you have to wait one year after you been reinstated to get your privileges back, so its ok for them to be Attendants at the assembelies.
this is my biggest dilema.
although mentally i really feel i could walk away from the org right now, i still have genuine love for the people i have come to know over the years.
i love people!.
You know not really, because even though I had a lot of Witness friends. I knew they would turn against me once I got disfellowshiped ( and they did; even my closest witness started bad rumors about me. ) So it was easy to let them go. If you want more stories just P.M me

in my time as a witness it seems that you need a "sponsor" to give the blessing to move up in the organization.. .

''If by Spritual you mean how much time you report - there is really nothing to give practical help to people get time in. They have even got rid of Pioneer assist."
I mean like they give you special training or give you a mentor; not a person who just helps you put more time in.

I was always wondered why do they help the people who are "spirituality" on top move up further in organization, and the ones on the bottom they don't get anything? I'm sure if they had a program like the one I mentioned in my first paragraph they would keep some members.
since i've been re-reading crisis of conscience, i've come to appreciate that many good people have been "shafted" by those in the "truth".

I've been disfellowshiped for almost two years now, and I seen witnesses talk to me a on the down low. For example in my old congregation the ''friends'' are very old school and would treat a disfellowshiped person like a leaper, but the new congregation that I kind of go to ( I haven't been in two months ) will talk to me very discreetly and smile at me ( I've moved 75 miles from South Los Angeles ).
I think it depends on the congregation if the people will talk to you are not. That was why ( in my first post "Can Elders Encourage People Two Come Back" ) I confused with that rule.

one rule is you can't wear a tee shirt with writing on it if you are working at a quick build kh .
nothing with logos.. let's add more stupid rules that were in your hall or that the organization has.. .
You can't wear hats inside a building ( I could see at Kingdom Hall ), but not even at a gathering ?
